André Simon hat mal wieder einiges an neuem Code produziert. Das Source Code highlighting Tool mit Namen Highlight ist nun in der Version 2.6.0 stable erschienen.

Dabei gibt es einiges an Neuerungen und ein paar keine Bugfixes. Ich übernehme gerade mal den englischen Changelog:

• An optional GTK GUI was added to the package.
• The makefile was improved to support DESTDIR and PREFIX variabes.
• Removed page dimensions in LaTeX output.
• CSS prefix is configurable in HTML output.
• Artistic Style code was updated.
• Script shebang recognition was added when reading from stdin.
• XML parsing was fixed.
• Added support for Powershell, Miranda, Linden script and Boo.
• Some color themes were improved.
• Some minor bugs were fixed.

Und als ob das ganze nicht genug wäre, hat André nach dem WordPress highlighting Plugin noch ein Syntax highlithing Plugin für Movable Type und DokuWiki erstellt.
